The insurance industry is utilizing the Internet of Things (IoT), data and sensors to help transform the industry. IoT technologies and platforms support the creation of new and innovative products, services and financial solutions. The data received from sensors enables carriers to better understand their customers and their needs and mitigate or prevent future claims and losses.
